How to add a Service Group to an Equipment record

  1. Click on Equipment and then Customers sub tab
  2. Open your Equipment you want to add the service group too
  3. Click on Servicing Tab
  4. Click on Assign Servicing Group
  5. Tick the service groups you wish to assign
  6. Click Select
  7. Click Save
