Consumer Email Body
The email body allows users to state what the consumer can do on the web portal section. This message can be changed whenever the user needs to.
Consumer Email Body
- Select the settings icon located on the far right side of the toolbar on the home screen.
- After this is selected, you will see a screen with drop down tabs on the left hand side. Scroll down and select the tab labeled customer portal. This will give you a drop down menu.
- Once this is displayed, select the tab labeled “settings”. Select this tab
- After you click on it, you will see the settings you can choose for this tab.
- To change the email, select Consumer Email Body. This will give a pop-up screen that has an area where you can post a message for your customers to see.
- Once the message the user wants has been entered, select the green tab labeled “Save” to apply it.
- After this has been saved, you will be able to send this message to the user.
