Firstly, you need to use your web browser to open the log in screen and then simply enter your user name &amp; password.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the browser of your choice \u2013 Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari etc.<\/li>\n<li>In the URL bar enter \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/live.servicesight.com\">live.servicesight.com<\/a>\u2019 and hit return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=087c6e6b83bae4f9b93766a4ea0f716e3&amp;authkey=AWN1MCb9nUKYLFPL1p0_JVc\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Google \u2018ServiceSight\u2019, go to our website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.servicesight.com\">www.servicesight.com<\/a> &amp; click the \u2018Log In\u2019 option in the top right-hand corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=0c88918e6c8f04ba28eb600cc134a453c&amp;authkey=ATLUaNr-tavvoPrznA_6w0k\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you have done this you will be taken to the login screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=0228519eca2d545f9834d70391b09b9f3&amp;authkey=AYZS1BrpDw4xjaNDkJP8NQc\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter your User Name. This is the email address you have registered with the system.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your Password.<\/li>\n<li>Click the green \u2018Login\u2019 button. ServiceSight will log you into your system and open the Dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Forgotten Password<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you find that you have forgotten your password then you can ask ServiceSight to reset it so that you can select a new one.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the \u2018Forgot Password\u2019 link on the Login screen.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive an email from ServiceSight to let you know that a reset has been requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=05c916487ecca47b3b863adc6a8757c20&amp;authkey=AfSpNjYaXvF3m44nYBTWo54\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the \u2018link\u2019 to reset your password.<\/li>\n<li>You will be prompted to enter a new password to use in future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Changing Passwords<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need to change your password you can easily do this from within the system.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whilst logged in, click your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>You will see two buttons. Choose the green \u2018My settings\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=06f627e1e8a9a46079b17440d17590b6d&amp;authkey=AckUNmfaYzZT0iFFY14dNks\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the \u2018My settings\u2019 screen that opens select \u2018Change password\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/proteansoftware-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/supportsystem_proteansoftware_co_uk\/_layouts\/15\/guestaccess.aspx?docid=0528fb24ba60946328bc871afa1407543&amp;authkey=AcV7iFkXMg720Ql9j0DFbPI\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Type in a new password.<\/li>\n<li>Re-enter your new password to verify it.<\/li>\n<li>Click the green \u2018Save\u2019 button to save your new password. Next time you log in you will need to use this new password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>User Lock Out<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have made too many unsuccessful attempts to login to ServiceSight your account will be locked. ServiceSight will send you an email to inform you that your account has been locked. To reinstate your account you will need to contact your system administrator who can unlock it via your employee record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logging Out<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you need to leave the system you can simply close your browser window but you can also log out of the system making it easier to log in from another browser window later if needed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whilst logged in, click your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>You will see two buttons.
