Click the blue \u2018Account no\u2019 field to open the prospect record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/09\/Prospects-into-Customer.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the record opens simply access the drop-down \u2018Status\u2019 list.<\/li>\n<li>There are three options \u2013 Prospect, Active &amp; Closed.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Active\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>You will be asked to confirm this change.<\/li>\n<li>Click the green \u2018Save\u2019 button at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remember to check the green \u2018Save\u2019 button at the bottom of the screen to ensure you do not lose any detail you have entered.
