You can create as many reasons as you need and you can edit &amp; delete previously created reasons if needed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To add a cancellation reason simply go to Settings | General | Cancellation reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u2018Settings\u2019 by your avatar in the top right-hand corner, then select General from the list that opens on the left. Then choose Cancellation reasons to open the list of previously defined reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Click the green \u2018New reason\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a name for the new cancellation reason e.g. Raised in Error.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally you can also add a more elaborate description below.<\/li>\n<li>When you are happy with your entries click the green \u2018Save\u2019 button to save your new reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3174\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/10\/Full-Process-3.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1417\" height=\"753\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you need to cancel a job ServiceSight will prompt you to select a previously created cancellation reason to assign to the job so that you will be able to analyse historically cancelled jobs.
