Invoice\/Report Header & Footer<\/strong><\/p>\n

This allows the user to add either a company logo, graphic, or even an image of the company’s location to either the report or an invoice. These can be changed to reflect the change being made or to highlight any promotions as well.<\/p>\n

How To Add An Invoice\/Report Header & Footer<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. On the home screen, in the top right corner of the page select the settings icon.<\/li>\n
  2. This will open the settings screen. On the left of the page select the tab labelled General and then select Settings.<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down until you reach the item labelled Invoice Header Image and select this. Once selected, will see a pop-up window where you can select upload.<\/li>\n
  4. This will produce a file explorer window where you can now browse to your image and save this.<\/li>\n
  5. Once you have done this following the same steps as above you can do the same process for the items: Invoice Footer Image, Report Header Image and Report Footer Image.<\/li>\n
  6. Once all these are completed, you will be able to see images on both your invoices and reports moving forward.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
