Amend the name and description accordingly and then select the employees tab to assign employees to the role. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also amend the permissions for the new role by clicking into the permissions tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1888\" height=\"866\" data-id=\"3393\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/12\/Security-Role.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3393\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can a user belong to more than one group or role?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A user cannot be allocated to more than one Security Role. When a user is allocated to a role, they are automatically removed from any other role they may have previously been assigned to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can I create a role per person?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create one role per person if required, yes.
