ServiceSight allows you to separate the two functions so that you can allow them to raise invoices in the field without collecting payment if you prefer.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that to use this feature on the mobile app it must be enable on the web app<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Settings using the option on the menu bar.<\/li>\n<li>Then select \u2018General\u2019 from the menu on the left.<\/li>\n<li>Choose \u2018Settings\u2019 &amp; find the setting \u2018Engineering App Job Invoicing Allowed\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Yes\u2019 &amp; Save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2017\/04\/SettingsMobileInvoicing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1065\" height=\"526\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The option has now been enabled.<br \/>\n<strong>NB<\/strong> You will need to carry out a full sync on the mobile app to pick up this change.<\/p>\n<p>On the mobile app it is very simple to raise invoices for completed jobs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When the job is complete, go to \u2018Sign Off\u2019 as normal.<\/li>\n<li>The job sheet appears for checking.<\/li>\n<li>Click onto the \u2018Signature\u2019 tab and enter an Order No if required &amp; choose the \u2018Customer Name\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The \u2018Email Address\u2019 field will auto-populate if a Contact with an Email Address has been selected. If not, one can be manually entered. <strong>NB<\/strong> This is important as a copy of the Invoice will be sent to this email address.<\/li>\n<li>The \u2019Invoice\u2019 check box should be ticked automatically but can be turned on &amp; off here also. You will also notice a \u2019Collect Payment\u2019 flag.<\/li>\n<li>Collect the Customer Signature &amp; Engineer Signature as normal &amp; tap the \u2018Complete\u2019 button.<\/li>\n<li>The job is completed in the web app &amp; the invoice raised.
