Then select inspections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1645\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/08\/locating-pre-visit-inspec.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"672\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you select report, you will see a pre-visit inspection waiting to be completed.<\/li>\n<li>Select ok and the inspection questions will pop up<\/li>\n<li>Select the first questions<\/li>\n<li>Select the result then the following questions will continue to pop up until the inspections is complete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1648\" src=\"https:\/\/support.servicesight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/08\/pre-visit-inspection.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"334\" height=\"687\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the inspection template has questions that require \u2018Notes\u2019 a pop up box will appear where you can create a note against the result.<\/p>\n<p>Once the inspection has been complete at the bottom on the screen you will see a few options <strong>Notes | Recommendations | Confirm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The notes and recommendations box will allow you to write further information against the inspection if required.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill and any further notes or recommendations required<\/li>\n<li>Click confirm and this will take you to the signature screen where you can capture the engineer and customer signature<\/li>\n<li>Once the signatures have been captured for the inspection, you will be back in the job screen where you can continue to complete the job sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the mobile app, it is very simple to complete an inspection from an accepted job.
