This should be the type of job you quote for most often.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To access Settings in ServiceSight simply click the Settings menu item in the top right area of the screen next to your avatar.<\/li>\n<li>Then select General from the list that opens on the left. Then choose Settings to open the list of options.<\/li>\n<li>The list appears in alphabetical order by name. You can scroll down to find the setting you require.
