You can set the job type that automatically applies when creating a new quotation. This should be the type of job you quote for most often.
- To access Settings in ServiceSight simply click the Settings menu item in the top right area of the screen next to your avatar.
- Then select General from the list that opens on the left. Then choose Settings to open the list of options.
- The list appears in alphabetical order by name. You can scroll down to find the setting you require. Alternatively, you can start typing a key word (Quotes) into the search bar at the top of the list and the list will be auto-filtered for you.
- Click on ‘Quote default job type’
- Select your job type from the drop down list and select ‘Save’
