Creating a Job from a Quote
Once your customer has accepted the quote and wants to move forward you can create the job directly from the quotation.
- Firstly, you need to mark the quote as ‘Won’
- A message will appear asking you ‘Are you sure you want to mark this quotation as Won and create a Job?’
- Click ‘Create Job’
- This will then create a job and pull through the relevant information from the quote
