Job Detail

The heart of any service management system. Jobs allows you to carry out work for customers both on site & in the workshop. You can record labour hours & materials used, price up and invoice the job.

Main Features of Jobs

With the job tab, you can access the following and perform the following tasks:

  • View Job Sheet
  • Cancel Job
  • Complete Job
  • Create new reminder for this job
  • Create new message related to this job
  • View full customer, site & contact details including links off to those records
  • Logged & due dates available
  • View a map of the job location
  • Access help about using jobs on ServiceSight

Details Tab

Located to the right of each job is numerous drop-down menu called job details.

  • Use unlimited user-definable job types
  • Two user defined reference fields
  • Large to do field

Labour Tab

  • Add or view unlimited labour visits with engineer name, time on, time off & labour charge
  • Edit charges per visit per job if needed
  • View or enter work reports
  • Delete unwanted visits

Materials Tab

  • Add or view materials used by engineers on jobs
  • Unlimited user-definable types
  • Amend selling prices per item per job

Invoicing Tab

  • Mulitple invoice detail options
  • Specific user-definable header text for invoices
  • Email invoices straight from the job

Files Tab

  • Attach files e.g. photos in the office for engineers to view on their mobile app
  • Engineer can also attach files in the field which are then view-able in the office
