You can add new stock adjustment reasons to the system to allow you to select the correct reason for doing a stock adjustment.
To do this go to settings > stock > stock adjustment reasons
It will then show the current reasons you have on the system.
To add a new one select ” New reason ” and enter a name and description before selecting save.
The new reason will show when processing a stock adjustment.
