New Stock Type
A new stock, or inventory type can be used to separate the types of stock that you have available into a category E.g Standard Parts, Consumables etc
- Select the settings icon in the upper right hand corner of the ServiceSight home screen.
- Once in the settings screen. On the left side of the page select the tab labelled Stock, and then select stock types.
- After this has been selected this will take you to the stock types page where types can be created and also amended after creation.
- Once on this page there is green tab at the top of the page labelled ‘New Stock Type’. Select this tab.
- Once selected fill in the name box and select a product tax code
- After this has been entered, select the green tab labelled save.
