How do i add a Phrase book ?
Go to Settings > General > Phrase Book
Type the Phrase you wish to add to the Phrase Book. From the drop-down list select where you wish to use this Phrase.
The options are: Activity, Inspections, Job Visits or Messages.
Add as many phrases as require and then click close
