How do I set up a new Security Role?
- To create a new Security role, you will need to go to Settings ➔Security ➔Security Roles
- Within here, you can see the role name, description of the role and which employees use this role
- To add a new role, you will need to click new security role. Amend the name and description accordingly and then select the employees tab to assign employees to the role.
- You can also amend the permissions for the new role by clicking into the permissions tab.

Can a user belong to more than one group or role?
A user cannot be allocated to more than one Security Role. When a user is allocated to a role, they are automatically removed from any other role they may have previously been assigned to.
Can I create a role per person?
You can create one role per person if required, yes. There is no reason, if you wish, why you could not create a Security Role per user.
