ServiceSight allows you to categorise the types of jobs that you complete and you have the option to create a job type of Non-Chargeable and you can create as many job types on ServiceSight as you need and configure them in any way you like.
To create a Non-Chargeable job type just follow the next simple steps.
Click settings
Click Job
Click Job types
Under Job types within the General tab you will be able to apply the name of the job type, the Category of the job and the job group that you require.
