Consumer Dashboard Welcome message
This message is what welcomes your customers to the web portal dashboard. It can be changed at any time by the user.
Consumer Dashboard Welcome message
- Select the settings icon located on the far right side of the toolbar on the home screen.
- After this is selected, you will see a screen with drop down tabs on the left hand side. Scroll down and select the tab labeled customer portal. This will give you a drop down menu.
- Once this is displayed, select the tab labeled “settings”. Select this tab
- After you click on it, you will see the settings you can choose for this tab. Select the one labeled “Consumer dashboard welcome message.”
- When you choose this, it will bring a pop-up screen that allows you to enter the new message. This will allow you to construct a default message.
- After you have entered your intended message, select the green tab labeled “Save” to save the message.
- After this has been saved, your new welcome message will be displayed on the Consumer Dashboard.
