Alerts
Alerts are setup to notify the user when certain items have been completed. Alerts can be changed in the settings section to for when they are on hold or ready.
Alerts
1. Starting on the main screen, select the settings icon located on the far right of the tool bar.
2. Once selected, you will see a screen with tabs that are labeled and have a drop down menu feature when selected. Click the tab labeled General.
3. After this has been selected, click the tab labeled alerts to be taken to the alerts page.
4. The first thing to be done is selecting the alert by clicking on the title. This will take you to another page with a description, start date/time section, reminders and reminder type, and other sections to fill out.
5. The first section to select is the start date/time section. Selecting the calendar icon will allow you to select the day and time that this alert will start working.
6. The next section is “repeats every”. This allows you to choose the amount of time the alert will repeat, including minutes, hours, day, week, month, or even year. Next to this you can choose to include Saturdays and Sundays as well. Following this is a section titled “Re Notify”. You can choose when and if the alert re notifies.
7. After this, you can select to Email recipients or Message recipients on this.
8. The next area allows the user to select who the reminder goes to. Click the arrow for the list of users. Next to it, you can select the type of reminder to be sent.
9. Following this, is a section titled custom email. This allows you to enter the email address that the reminder is going to be sent to.
10. After these have been entered, select the green tab labeled “Save” and it will take you to the starting page in settings for Alerts.
11. On this page, you will see different alerts that can be toggled, or selected, from the position of hold to ready. This can be done in the right hand column.
12. After all of this has been completed, there is a tab on the lower right hand corner labeled “Run”. When you have completed which alerts you would like, select the tab to run the updates.
