Consumer Navigation Menu Image

This allows you to use the an image on the navigation menu of the CRM for your customers. This image can be a company logo or even an image used for special occasions, sales, or even holidays.

How To Add Your Navigation Menu Image

  1. Starting on the ServiceSight home screen, select the settings icon located on the far right upper hand corner labelled “Settings”.
  2. When you have selected this, you will be taken to the a screen with numerous labelled tabs with drop down menus. Scroll down and select the one labelled “Customer Portal”.
  3. After this has been selected, the menu will drop down showing 2 tabs. Select the tab labelled “Settings” in the menu.
  4. Once selected, there will be a screen showing all of the settings for the customer portal. Scroll to the tab labelled “Consumer navigation menu image” and select this.
  5. After selected, you will get a pop-up screen with a tab labelled “upload”, select this. Once selected, a windows file explorer will appear to allow you to choose the image you would like to use. After this has been selected, the file title will fill out the line next to the upload tab. When this has been completed, select the tab labelled “Save”.
  6. After this has been saved, the image will appear above the customer portal page.
