Linking to Quickbooks

This can be done whether or not you have your Quickbooks already setup. If it is not setup yet, the link in the upper right hand of the dialogue box will take you to Quickbooks to setup an account that you can link to your ServiceSight account. If you already have a Quickbooks account, simply follow the directions listed below.

Linking Your Account:

To start with linking to Quickbooks, select settings on the homepage of ServiceSight. This will take you to the main settings page. Next, on the left hand side there will be a selection of tabs that provide a drop down menu for each one. Select the tab titled “Accounting”.

Under the “Accounting” tab you will find a tab labeled “Accounts Link”. Select this tab and you will be brought to the “Account Link” page where you can link the Quickbooks feature to your account.

In order to link the account, select the arrow in the right hand side of the Quickbooks dialogue box to expand the box itself. Located in the lower right hand corner will be a green tab labeled “Connect”. Selecting this tab will start the connection process of linking your Quickbooks account to your ServiceSight account.

At this point you will be redirected to the Intuit login page. Use your Quickbooks login to sign into the webpage. Once signed in, it will ask you to search for your company, if you are registered and a Quickbooks user. Select your company from the drop down menu provided and then select the green next tab.

Once that has been done, you will be re-directed back to ServiceSight and, if everything on Quickbooks has been setup prior to connecting, you should be connected at this point.
